As a retired baker / confectioner I got back into baking from home during covid lockdown. The popularity of my Old School produce has been continually requested and so I continue to craft for friends and family and now the general public.
Registered with, and approved by, Southend Borough Council Environmental Health Dept.
Traditional recipe cakes and pastries, seasonal items as well as Tray Bakes, Cup Cakes, Indiivdual Cakes and, of course, Ninja Bread.
