I have been making sewn gifts and cross-stitch pictures for over 30 years as a hobby but have only been selling them at craft fairs for the last 3 years.
My main thing I sell is my Cross-stitch pictures which can be anything from a small scene or animal picture to something much larger like a tiger in its natural surroundings. I will take orders for birth and wedding samplers or anything that wants personalisation. I started making peg bags and tote bags which seemed popular and then book covers, and doorstops then added bookmarks, make up bags and a range of small handbags. I am now making pyjamas and clothing for 0- 5 year olds and dog coats and bandanas as well. Basically if it can be sewn I will make it so often try lots of different items depending on the time of year. I will take orders on my goods where I can and will consider commission work.
