Ive always been intrigued by the history of BUTTONS! There is a beauty and amazing detail in vintage designs and even the humble modern plastic buttons have a certain charm.
I work mainly from donated button collections - there are always treasures to be found within an old tin of buttons and beads!
I use a combination of upcycled vintage and contemporary buttons and beads in every picture to create 3D framed pictures in a variety of images - Elephant, Pig, Mouse, Tractor, Cat, Owl, Bouquet of Flowers, Sheep, Flamingo, Dog breeds, Bumblebee, Polar Bear, Giraffe, and many more. Commissions are a real favourite for me.
Many of the pictures are in upcycled frames to truly complement my unique ButtonArt pictures.
