I’m in love with fabric and making earrings with it make me so happy!I make baskets out of letfover fabric and other things.

I think I developed a passion for sewing at the age of 6. I used to watch my grandmother sewing carnival costumes.
I remember how much I loved the sound of the sewing machine, the scents of the fabric and the impatience to see my finished costume. I have kept all the sewing newspapers that my Grandma collected, which are now falling apart.
Growing up the passion for sewing slowly matured, I remember sewing my first piece, skirt and top, by hand from a wallet skirt that I found in a charity shop.
Now at this point in my life, I want to discover, create what I wear, feel comfortable and happy in every single moment. My “curvy” body has never allowed me to find the right garment that was really good.
At the moment my wardrobe is for the 80 percent handmade and with all the beautiful scraps and leftover fabric I decided to make earrings.

I’m in love with fabric and making earrings with it make me so happy! I try to reuse as much as possible. I make baskets out of letfover fabric and other things. It depends on what Ive got in my draws.

I live in England at the moment where the sewing and recycle community is huge and so are the resources.
