Handmade Bright, Colourful and Affordable Polymer Clay Earrings

Im Kate and I make polymer clay earrings and beaded jewellery. I started my small business in February 2021 to quell lockdown anxieties and give myself some time to do something I really enjoy. I currently sell my jewellery on Etsy (etsy/uk/shop/KEArringsbyKate), mostly specialising in bright, colourful polymer clay earrings of all different shapes and sizes. I am a student and have just come to the end of a masters in Musicology, but I make earrings to relax and unwind and enjoy something a bit different from my musical exploits! One of the most special things about my business is the fact that almost all of the jewellery I make is completely unique because of the one-of-a-kind patterns I make with the clay and this makes the process extremely rewarding because I know that each piece is special and unique for each customer.

I also make beaded jewellery from upcycled beads repurposed from old and unwanted jewellery to create new and loveable pieces. I collect beads from old jewellery that I have found whilst clearing out my own belongings and also by repurposing charity shop and eBay finds, which I find extremely satisfying and rewarding and I love how sustainable this is as a process.
