My dream as a boy was to be a wildlife biologist and I managed to achieve a PhD studying the Golden Eagle in northern Sweden despite having epilepsy and the subsequent long term mental health problems that made my life more challenging.

Although my PhD has given me a wealth of interest and knowledge for nature I felt it would be sensible to get out of academia and search for a less stressed career where I could focus more on my own health. Since doing this I have chosen to focus my artistic talent largely on developing a small online business called ‘Wildlife Watercolours by Edward Moss’. Many paintings (but not all) here are of bird artwork and nature. I sell a range of original products with different original designs on including quality bone china mugs, 100 percent cotton tea towels and a wide range of different cards.

I also frame pictures and a range of original paintings and prints.
