I’m Bea, the designer and creator behind Bea and Wild Designs and also a teacher of Art, Design and Technology.

Having always been passionate about surface pattern, illustration and drawing, I was recently commissioned to illustrate April Green’s best-selling poetry book, ‘Bloom for Yourself.’ This opportunity led me to explore and expand my creativity and I have since taken on other commissions, allowing me the chance to set up Bea and Wild Designs.

My work mainly focuses on the strength and beauty of the female form using simplified mark - making techniques in ink and graphite. I am also a lover of nature and take inspiration drawing directly from the natural form.

I work from my studio in Holmfirth creating original drawings and illustrations which I then reproduce into prints, notecards, wrapping papers, notebooks, and gifts. My products are printed and manufactured locally using quality uncoated and recyclable materials and include Fairtrade and organic materials.
