I have a full time career and strive to achieve a work life balance with my family.

At times it can be complex and stressful. I find crafts relaxing and in recent times have focused on making bracelets with a functional basis.

My gemstone and sterling silver bracelets have a volcanic lava stone or wooden bead to act as a diffuser for essential oils. The oils diffuse gently with body heat over several hours.

The bracelets are a way of ensuring that Aromatherapy is easy to use and available for anyone, in any situation.
