Mrs Gillies Chilli Company makes various hot sauces, as well chilli preserves and oils. Made by our chef, James, who has been perfecting these flavours for over 20 years.Starting in 1991 in the catering industry, he has made chasing heat and spice his passion. Now he spends his time preparing and testing new chilli creations to make available to everyone. As an expanding company, 2020 will be the first growing and selling year for the company, with lots of exciting developments planned.

Based in Southampton, Mrs Gillies Chilli Company combines passion and flavour to create delicious chilli products.
