Jane studied at Manchester College of Art and has worked with many well-known textile designers . She continues to paint in oil and acrylic but has recently reverted to an earlier passion - textile design, currently focusing on hand painted silk scarves. Janes designs have drawn on her previous paintings, often celebrating her delight in the natural beauty of flowers. The resulting silk scarves have added a extra dimension to the original art work and have an enduring appeal. The scarves are, of course, unique and are completely washable, allowing the pleasure of daily use.

Jane Prince Design silk scarves are currently available online and in selected galleries in Devon. Jane has recently accepted bespoke orders and will consider further requests.
