An Accidental Artist came about as you might guess, by accident :-)

With a creative mindset but very little hands-on experience, I jumped straight into trying everything and anything creative to see if somewhere in the mix, my mojo was hiding out waiting for me to stumble on it and light that fire that created the free is the new me

Having dabbled with clay and canvas, silk painting and sewing, wood and acrylic, I found that creating the designs and patterning that could then be applied across a multitude of textiles and surfaces, was definitely my happy place and so this is where I have nestled myself very comfortably, for the interim.

Until that little whisper is heard again and I am called to continue my journey onwards into even deeper creative exploration, I really hope people come to love my designs and the things I go on to create with them...and that it gives them just as much satisfaction looking at them, as I have had in creating them.
