I m an artist and have just published an illustrated childrens book about a dog whose good intentions are frequently misunderstood.

I am an artist/designer and ran my own business called Cushion Class Act until recently. I am now writing and illustrating picture books for children the first of which Theres a Dog on the Loose was inspired by my eldest sons purchase of a very large and single minded retriever. I am in the process of creating the second in a proposed series of 3/4 that I hope to produce by Christmas. I also design greetings cards inspired by the book.
It is my belief that small children benefit more by an actual book being read to them than by ebooks or even TV viewing, although they also have their place.
