I am influenced by the area I live. I up cycle and recycle everyday objects using resin and acrylic paint, as well using natural materials such as slate and stone. I also produce fluid art pieces and do commissions. I like to recycle old canvases found in charity shops as well as other discarded items and turn them into unique one off pieces of art that still can be used for their original purpose, or indeed something new! I also buy ready made items and add my own flare to them making them unique.Due to the style of work I do all pieces are one offs and cant easily be reproduced or copied. You will truly own some thing original.
Im self taught fluid artist and live near the sea and the Lake District which influences my work.
The resin I use complies with food safety and is heat and water resistant.
I use pouring fluid art techniques for bigger pieces and dotting on smaller work.
