I am a retired teacher with the luxury of a bit of time on my hands to dabble and experiment in art and craft.

With a little time on my hands to relax I like to keep busy. Harriet Enterprises was initially set up to support my daughter through University and promote her photography pieces and exhibitions. This then evolved to making personalised cards - a portrait photo picture incorporated into a card, from this we have moved on to making calendars, anything for family, friends, now customers all over. We have just dabbled and grown. Lately we have extended to bottle lights centre pieces for weddings, most recently - lights at my own daughters wedding. Bottle lights depicting fabulous prom dresses - proms lights, birthday lights with special birthday messages. Any occasion on a bottle, all at affordable prices, even in plastic now so safe for children.

An additional feature of our cards range is “cards with gifts”, costume jewellery which we also make, incorporated into the design of the card. The card and gift can be easily and economically be posted. A nice gift to post to a distant friend. It’s always difficult to get a present off to that friend who lives a distance away, so this is a solution. We have worked hard to think up ideas for boys/men, we’ve found a few solutions, but always open to any other ideas.

A cup of tea for a friend - send a tea bag through the post, with a tea pot shaped greetings card and unique short rhyme. Sure to cheer up those loved ones who you have not seen for such a long time. :)
