I paint with acrylic on canvas, with embellishments and collage elements and always a bit of sparkle!

I have been painting all my life but have got back to it after a gap of several years. Although I wasnt painting during that time I was working as a Primary School Teacher, teaching art every day and running an after school art club, which I loved.
I am now back to pursuing my passion of painting, using acrylics on canvas and adding 3D collage elements and texture. Every painting I do includes some kind of sparkle, whether it be glitter, diamanté or something similar. I find these added extras really bring the subject to life!
I also adore to experiment with colour, mixing new colours, exploring different colour combinations, and stepping outside of the box when using colour where you may not expect it.
I happily take on commissions and love a challenge! I can personalise my pieces to suit clients, tailoring a painting to their needs. I also offer art tuition to children and adults, teaching one to one in the students own home. I hope to run group art classes in the future.
