Doodle Artist selling t shirts and prints including vegan inspired designs

Last year after being made redundant from a mundane office job, I set up an online t shirt store through Teemill, selling my hand drawn logo designs on t shirts and tote bags, featuring some vegan inspired designs. I also started selling the same designs as A4 prints, both framed and unframed, also A5 cards, and car stickers.

I recently shut down the online t shirt store, as it was expensive to promote and t shirts are quite seasonal, however I still have a web domain name and am hoping to set up my own website very soon, where I can offer all of my stock to sell online in one place.

Most of my designs are created with Sharpie pens. I have been describing myself as a doodle artist/designer as most of what I have created so far has started out as doodles, however my work is constantly evolving. I am currently teaching myself to paint using water colours and acrylics and focusing on nature as my inspiration, painting birds and flowers. I also use ultra fine point sharpies to add colour to pre printed designs, which I frame.

I would describe my work as being very colourful and eye catching. I like to use lots of different contrasting vibrant colours and lots of my designs deliver a positive message, such as love, joy, live kindly, believe, peace, dream big, etc.

I ran my first stall last November at a local vegan festival and my work was well received. I sold at least one of all the different items on offer. I hope to attend lots of craft fairs this year around Kent to follow my passion.
