Hand forged kitchen knives

I make hand forged kitchen knives from high carbon steel. From initial design right through to forging, heat treating and sharpening, amongst other things, all is done by myself. As an ex chef I understand exactly how a knife should work and feel in the hand and I love the process of creating and finishing the final product.
