Willow and Ash Creative Crafts is a new, small business based in North Wales, offering an ever increasing range of hand made/decorated gifts, most of which can be personalised.
I started my business after developing health issues which forced me to leave my career of over 30 years, working with children and families. I had no choice but to sadly leave my job as a manager in an adoption charity. When I eventually began to feel a little better, I decided to turn this experience into an opportunity and develop my creative pastimes into a little, home-based crafting business. I began actively selling in December 2017 and have some of my items for sale in local businesses, as well as selling online and at craft fairs.

In keeping with the focus of my previous career, I particularly enjoy making items for children. One of my main lines, is a range of childrens book cushions, which come in a variety of fun, bright fabrics and include a free book (choice available). Each cushion is personalised on the book pocket, in a choice of fonts - printed or script. These make great, unique gifts for children and are a perfect birthday present idea, which will hopefully encourage a lifetime love of reading. Children love to see their own name on them - particularly if they have an unusual (or Welsh!) name which you cannot find on the High Street. I also make a number of other gifts, decor and keepsakes for children.

As well as childrens items, I also sell a range of bags, cosmetic bags, gift bags and other items which can also be personalised.
I offer wooden and glass decorative gifts and keepsakes - all individually painted and decorated. In addition, I offer seasonal ranges, such as personalised sacks, stockings, lanterns and baubles at Christmas and Easter keepsakes and gift sets. I use Heat Transfer Vinyl to personalise textiles and am happy to discuss any personal or corporate, customer requests.
