Prints, watercolours, homeware and stationery
I make black and white prints of my artwork, and prints hand finished in watercolour. Everything is drawn by hand, using pencil, fineliner and calligraphy pens, and compasses to get those perfect circles! I then scan them and ensure they are suitable for printing. I use Somerset Enhanced Velvet paper, and all prints are mounted and professionally presented.
My designs are mainly floral and patterns, including mandalas. I take a lot of inspiration from nature. I really enjoy the calming flow of drawing and creating mandalas.
I also sell mugs, coasters and other small homeware and stationery items with my designs printed on them, as well as canvas tote bags.
Recently I have also created Jars of Positivity, which contain 52 scrolls. 26 scrolls are positive affirmations, and 26 are positive quotes. Each week a quote or affirmation is chosen, to fill a year with positivity. This was a passion project of mine positive affirmations have had an immense effect on my mindset (in a positive way!) and I wanted to share this with others.
After studying Fine Art at college my career took a different turn, and drawing and painting were a hobby that I rarely had a chance to do. In 2016 I started taking pen and pencil to paper, I made greetings cards and found my creativity again. I had fleeting ideas of Raw Creations that I played around with, and soon discovered that it’s all I wanted to do! I left a stressful and demanding job to pursue my dream of drawing, painting and creating beautiful things full time.
