Frankie Green -aka Frances Lakin, I design and make bags and accessories from recycled fabrics, upcycling clothing and furnishiings!

I specialise in making bags and accessories since having studied fashion and surface pattern design to foundation degree level, my passion for hands on craftsmanship and interest in anything ‘green’, eco friendly and upcycled lead me to getting involved in a project to remaster used jeans into denim creations, primarily bags to be sold for a charity project. I now use a wider range of up-cycled textiles to make into bags and accessories including tote bags, wash bags, duffle bags and purses. as well as door hanging room tidys, tablet cases and jewellery rolls
I exhibit at craft fairs and am happy to take on individual commissions.
