Knitting and sewing patterns to make unique and quirky toys, gifts and snuggly coats and sweaters for dogs

I live in south Leicestershire and work from home. With my business I design unique toys, gifts and keepsakes and have them professionally published into knitting and sewing patterns. Many of the patterns are for making knitted teddy bears, dolls and doll accessories. I have also had two knitted toy books, The Knitted Teddy Bear and Sandra Polleys Knitted Toys (Collins and Brown Ltd) published which are selling well.

I also design and sell well fitting dog coat and sweater knitting patterns for Small dogs, Whippets and Greyhounds. My patterns are sold in many craft and yarn shops around the Uk and from my website. I also email patterns to single customers around the world, especially the dog coats in their winters.

I now enjoy hand sewing and have added two Knit One, Sew One toy patterns to the range. Knits and Pieces also gives away free patterns from time to time, some of which can be used to make some projects to sell for personal gain.
