Come and be part of the festive season at our Christmas Craft and Gift Fair next to the Guildhall on the historic High Street in High Wycombe on Sunday 15 December 2024.

Conveniently located adjacent to the Eden Shopping Centre, the Guildhall area attracts good footfall and looks magical with the Christmas lights. The event will open at 11am and music / entertainment is being planned to run through the day.

This is a new offer for the town (at the request of residents) and is being run by Buckinghamshire Council and Saunders Markets.

The cost per 3m x 3m pitch starts at £35.

You will need to provide your own gazebo and any tables and chairs.

Need to knows:
As part of this booking we ask for details of the products you wish to sell. All product ranges must be crafts and/or gifts. We will only allow a maximum of three stalls selling the same product range (i.e. only three jewellery stalls) and we will allocate these in order of response. Existing traders on High Wycombe general market are welcome to apply, subject to the products being sold matching the criteria for this particular event.

All stallholders are required to supply evidence of public liability insurance and any stall selling food or drink will also need to supply food hygiene certificates and evidence of registration with a local authority.

Franchised businesses please note that we will only offer a space to the first person who responds from each brand and these again have to meet the criteria for this event.

Stalls will be allocated prior to the day of the event and stallholders will be notified of their stall position. Stalls and product displays must be set up by 10.30am and no vehicles will be allowed on Market Square after 10am. Parking is available at The Swan Car Park, a short walk away (and reduced price on a Sunday). Products cannot be packed away before the event closes at 4pm.

Social media graphics will be provided, and we ask for all participants to help promote their attendance at the event.

If your booking is unsuccessful, for example, because the event is full, the product you wish to sell does not match the criteria set for this event or the number of requests for a specific product type has been reached, we will discuss an opportunity to trade on our monthly Sunday Market instead.

We are unable to refund your payment for non-attendance or cancellations within 10 working days of the event date.
