Mynt Image were proud to be able to offer 2 Craft and Gift markets in Lewes Town Hall for the first time in 2022 with some good success. The locals and tourists visiting during the hot summer were delighted with the high quality of stalls at our events and there was demand from stallholders for more events in 2023. If we can achieve such good results in ridiculously hot weather, what can we achieve in a normal year? In 2024 Mynt Image are providing 5 events at this location due to increased demand and popularity
. This historic hall has been well used for craft events throughout the years and already has an established reputation. The hall is already home to regular weekday markets and utilised by other organisations, but we thought it was time that Mynt Image responded to the demands of stallholders and started to move a little Eastwards. Into West and East Sussex as well as providing a quality event. The quality of thiese events was well received by our customers, many buying some high priced items.
Lewes is the county town of East Sussex and has a good range of historic buildings and attractions including Lewes castle, Lewes Priory and various historic houses. The town still maintains a lot of the character of yesteryear and attracts hundreds of visitors and tourists throughout the year. Lewes is ‘a mixture of the unusual and intriguing and so typically Sussex.’ as a web site claims.
The town has masses of car parks dotted throughout its environs, giving plenty of room for both stall holders and customers to park. Loading and unloading to this hall is through level rear access making it ideal for those needing a little assistance. This is plenty of room in this hall and we offer 2 different sizes of tables as well as an opportunity for crafters to bring their own tables if they wish. This is perhaps the largest hall we are using so there should be plenty of space for a good number of stalls. Located right on the High Street there is a good deal of passing traffic and we know that the market will suit our very active marketing methods.
We are looking to increase our number of events at this popular location in 2024, providing more possibilities for stallholders to trade throughout the year and for the residents and viitors of Lewes to buy the quality products at our events.
