Block of the Month Four

Wednesday, 20 May 2020 - 10:30 till 16:00

“Getting to Know more about Patchwork and Quilting Techniques”

This is our Block of the Month Four
Taught by Donna Munday

The technique we will be showing is the Block asTree Block Technique – On Point

As each month we will be exploring a different block and a different technique, it does not matter when you join this class so if you missed block one or two or even three, it is not important you can catch up later. These blocks can be assembled into a Sampler Quilt in time for Christmas or can be upscaled and used to make Cushion Fronts or Bags. At each workshop finishing, instructions will be given based on your choice.

Detailed below are fabric requirements to make an 18”x18” block that can be used for a Bag or Cushion, less fabric will be needed for the 12”x12” block for the quilt but you will still need the same number of contrasting colours and
background.
