Pattern Cutting with AK threads

“Learn to make and adapt patterns for dressmaking.”

This is a beginners pattern cutting workshop. You will create a personalised pattern from your measurements.

This 3 hour session is comprised of 2 parts. Part 1, Learn the basics of pattern cutting and make your own top block with your measurements to take away. Part 2 of the session learn how to create a wrap top from the AK Threads collection with your own adapted style ideas - created by the founder and designer of AK Threads.

In this workshop you will be provided with the materials required to make your own pattern and the knowledge to apply your new skills to further pattern design. You will be given the skills to use your new pattern to make a perfectly fitting garment at home.

This workshop is perfect for those who have always wanted to make their own clothes but didnt know where to start. Its also great for anyone frustrated by the lack of well fitting clothes on the high street.
