Norwich Creative Market is a high quality, diverse craft fair. It is held in St Andrews Hall, a truly impressive historic hall in central Norwich. With capacity for up to 90 stalls, the market has seen rapid growth in size and footfall in the past 8 months.
Carefully curated, I ensure that the market has no close duplicates. Every item is made or designed by the stall holder. We have no ‘handmade cheaply by someone else’ items and I try to ensure that sellers are aiming to make profit, not hobbyists happy to work at a loss. As a result there were 97 handmade, high quality stalls at our Christmas event this year.
As a rule I have one caterer at the event. I am looking for a second, savoury caterer. The pitch fee is £65 for this. No mobile food vans, sorry. If you are a packaged food seller you can only be accepted at the event with a 5 food hygiene certificate and 5 million in PLI.
Stalls start at £24 for a 4ft table for artists, designers and makers. Full prices can be found on each application form on the website, linked on the profile or via google.
We are possibly looking for face paints, a glitter bar and henna. You pay the standard fee for a makers table and charge for your services on the day.
Our February 3rd event is a special, one off craft and wellbeing event. With a focus on self care and getting out of a winter rut with a new hobby. We are introducing paid workshops, run by our makers. I would also love to hear from anyone running a free, or very low cost craft club and charitable wellbeing organisations. There are a number of free stalls available for these groups.
If you run a paid for wellbeing service, or run your own paid for classes you can book a table to promote these for just £40.
