“To provide a place for quality craft and gift stallholders to sell their products in the centre of T”
It is the quality of the customers which has really makes Thame Town Hall Craft and Gift Market successful. In Thame, the customers buy well. Many stallholders have been astonished by the amount that the residents at Thame will spend.
Thame is located just seven miles to the east of Oxford and is a picturesque Oxfordshire market town. The town was founded by the Anglo Saxons and named after the river Thames which flows just to the North. Thame has a population of over 11,000 and has been used extensively in the Midsomer Murders detective series. The town is a classic market town with a busy street market and market square parking when the market isnt set up. It is a town of great charm and character and attracts a large number of shoppers from the surrounding countryside every weekend. In the middle of the market town, dominating the view, is Thame Town Hall, and this is where we are holding the markets. Thame Town Hall was designed by the architect H.J. Tollit in Jacobethan style and built in 1888. The Town Hall has a wealth of original stylish features and is a really classic location for a Mynt Image Craft and Gift market.
Mynt Image, as usual, will be utilising our own brand of active marketing. We will be out on the street getting the public into the delightful hall located on the 1st floor of the Town Hall (we are on hand to help stallholders and customers find/use the lift that is available.) Those stallholders who have already worked with us will know that we dont give up and can double the expected footfall at some locations.
