Back by popular demand! 2016 saw an immensely successful event with over 600 visitors and more than 35 traders. This year we aim to make it bigger and better! Childrens rides will be available along with space for up to 50 traders.
We are looking for - Bakery and confectionery, International Cuisine, Cheeses, Farm produce, Country Crafts, Local honey, Jewellery, Textiles, Outdoor Clothing, Boots and Shoes, Handmade Cards, Vintage and Traditional Crafts, Plants and Gardening Equipment, Natural and Handmade Beauty Products. Demonstrators welcome.
Please - NO applications from Forever Living, burger vans, ice cream vans, tobacco or alcohol stands.
Stall fee £25
This is an outdoor event therefore the weather and any effect this may have on footfall is beyond the control of the organisers. AS A CONTINGENCY THE EVENT MAY BE RE-SCHEDULED TO 9 JULY IN CASE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER.
All stallholders MUST: provide own gazebo, table and chairs (max. 3m x 3m gazebo). Hold public liability insurance (minimum £2,000,000) a copy of the certificate showing level of cover and period of validity must be submitted on booking. Food producers must be a registered business and submit a copy of their Food Standards Agency Hygiene Rating certificate (note that hygiene qualifications alone are NOT acceptable).
There is NO power facility available in the park. If you require power you must supply your own generator.
DEADLINE FOR BOOKING IS FRIDAY 26 MAY. ALL APPLICATIONS AND STALL FEES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THIS DATE. STALL APPLICATIONS ARE NOT CONSIDERED FINAL UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
